"Limited" Lifetime Transferable Warranty
Requirements
• Applies to the original purchaser, transferable with proof of purchase
• Proof of purchase will be required
• Warranty covers shutters and installation (If installed by us)
• For shutter panels, DFW Premium Shutters will guarantee materials and workmanship. This also guarantees against warping and cracking. Inspection must reveal a factory defect. Acts of God, water damage of any kind, misused shutters are not covered under this warranty.
• For installation, DFW Premium Shutters will insure that the panels will open and close without damage to or interference by any part of the opening or frame.
• Adjustments required to shutters due to the dwelling shifting over time are not covered by this warranty.
• We do not guarantee louver straightness for panels over 40" wide
• This warranty is not valid for products that are not paid in full.
Custom Finish
• Your custom finish is guaranteed for 10 years from the purchase date.
